Green from the ground up, Element Denver Park Meadows pioneers a multitude of eco-friendly practices and services. We've used materials that are sustainable and inviting throughout the hotel, including stylish carpeting made with recycled content and low-VOC paint that brightens the wall without harming air quality.
Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.
Conserving energy is important to us, so we've designed our guest rooms with open layouts and large windows to bring in as much natural light as possible. Green cleaning products keep our hotel sparkling clean. We use compact fluorescent light bulbs that give off a soothing glow while using 75% less energy than a normal light bulb.
In our guest rooms you'll find Energy Star qualified kitchen appliances and recycling bins for plastic, glass and paper. We also have recycled paper towels, filter systems for drinking water and silverware and glassware in order to minimize waste.
Refreshing Your Room.
For those extended stay guests staying with us for five or more nights, our housekeeping team tidies the room once every three days in an effort to decrease the amount of water, energy and resources we use. Once a week, bed linens are changed and the room is deep cleaned unless additional changes are requested. Guests also have the option of participating in our towel reuse program.
Committed to you and your environment, Element Denver Park Meadows is a certified LEED hotel by the U.S. Green Building Council. The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) designation signifies our dedication to protecting the environment through recycling and green efforts. Very few hotels achieve this honor, but we see it as essential to preserving the wellness of our guests and world.
